If the Company receives a request from the individual to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") because the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or because it was obtained by illegal means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information without delay. If the Company suspends the use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or decides not to suspend the use, etc., the Company will notify the user without delay. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc. would be costly or it would be difficult to suspend the use, etc., and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company will take these alternative measures.
